  • All our linguists are native speakers of the target language, ensuring complete adaptation to the target audience’s cultural norms and preferences.
  • Each project is assigned to a native-speaking linguist with subject-matter expertise, guaranteeing a firm understanding of the target industry terminology.
  • All our linguists are experienced and certified.
  • A minimum of 3 valid clients’ references are required.
  • All linguists are familiar with translation tools and the various file formats to be handled.
  • Accepted linguists pass a series of recruitment procedures and interviews that check not only for technical knowledge but also the candidate’s reactivity, perceptiveness, professional attitude, and problem-solving skills.
  • We implement the 5-project trial period, where each linguist has to successfully complete 5 projects to be finally approved. During this probation period, each step of the linguist’s work is carefully scrutinized.
